Tufts Medical Center is exceptional but suffers from the recognition it deserves as the neighbor of international medical giants such as Mass General and The Brigham. This campaign delivered an 18% increase in recall of Tufts as a “top” hospital, and a 40% increase in requested appointments over the previous year.
